The body holds what the mind has refused to process. The opening sessions — yoga, breathwork, and movement — create the safety to begin to let it down.

Once something has been released, there is space. Sound healing, deep meditation, and the sanctuary environment itself do the work of restoration.

Beneath the exhaustion and the noise, there is a self that has been waiting patiently. Spiritual reflection and inner awareness practices guide you back to it.
