Yes — and that surprises most people. The program is designed as a complete arc, not a loose collection of activities. The sessions build on each other, and the sanctuary environment does its own quiet work. Most participants leave noticeably shifted. It is not the same as a 3-day retreat, but it is a real experience, not a sampler.

No experience is necessary. The program is designed from the ground up for beginners. The yoga is gentle, the meditation is guided, and the team works with what you bring. If you are completely new to any of this, the Healing Retreat is one of the best possible entry points.

Comfortable clothing you can move in — for yoga and breathwork. A water bottle if you like. Most people also like to bring a small journal for the integration period. The sanctuary provides everything else, including a mat. A detailed pre-arrival note is shared upon booking.

The program runs daily except Monday, from 08:00 to 14:00 WITA. It is the most accessible of the three Sanctuary programs — designed to fit into a travel itinerary or a regular week without major reorganisation.

Free pick-up and drop-off is provided at Sang Spa. If you are staying elsewhere, reach out to the team via WhatsApp and they will confirm the most comfortable arrangement with you.

The Healing Retreat is a 5-hour morning program — no overnight stay, high-impact but short. The Eling Sanctuary Retreat is a 2- or 3-day residential immersion with accommodation, and goes noticeably deeper because of the continuity and the time. This is an excellent first step; the Eling Sanctuary Retreat is the natural next depth.

Tapa Brata is the deepest program — 4 days, 3 nights — designed for participants ready to work with something old and unresolved. The Healing Retreat is gentle, restorative, and beginner-friendly. Different programs for different seasons of life. The team can help you choose.

Yes — the Healing Retreat welcomes solo participants, couples, and small groups. Private arrangements can also be made on request. Message the team on WhatsApp to confirm availability for your preferred date.
