What You Will Learn
During this 50-Hour YTT, you will be guided through the essential foundations of yoga as a holistic path—integrating physical practice, breath, meditation, philosophy, and conscious living
Bali Hatha Yoga Asana Practice
Learn foundational yoga postures across standing, seated, prone, supine, and inverted positions. You will explore alignment, symbolic meaning, energetic aspects, chakra connection, safe modifications, and proper sequencing rooted in Bali Hatha Yoga tradition
Pranayama & Subtle Body Awareness
Understand breath as life energy (prana) through classical pranayama techniques such as Anulom Vilom, Nadi Shodana, Bhastrika, and Kumbhaka. You will also study the subtle body system including chakras, nadis, panca maya kosha, vayu, klesha, and inner obstacles to awareness
Meditation & Inner Awareness
Practice various meditation techniques based on Eling Meditation principles, including preparation, intention, and closure. You will explore stages and levels of meditation to cultivate mindfulness, emotional balance, and deeper self-awareness
Yoga Philosophy & Spiritual Foundations
Gain a grounded understanding of yoga philosophy through the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita, and core Hindu cosmology. Topics include the history of yoga, ethical principles, and the yogic view of life and consciousness
Yogic Lifestyle & Sadhana Practices
Experience yogic living through conscious practices such as Upawasa Manunggal (mindful fasting), Yogi Sodhana (detox practice), Eling Padayatra (grounding walking meditation), and Karma Yoga—cultivating discipline, humility, and harmony with self, others, and nature
